Country Mania

Country Mania is an educational and entertaining game aimed at aiding the learning of flags, capital cities, maps, world map locations, and currencies of all nations worldwide. Before commencing a level, users can choose what they wish to study along with their preferred continent focus (Europe, Americas, Asia, Africa, or Oceania) and the level of difficulty (as detailed below). For those well-versed in global geography, an option exists to blend all categories and continents.

Difficulty

The application offers three levels of difficulty: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Easy mode presents four options with three lives allotted and ample time. The Medium setting offers five choices with two lives and slightly less time. Hard mode features six challenging options per question with no room for errors and limited time. We suggest progressing through each difficulty level from Easy to Hard unless you possess prior in-depth knowledge of the subject matter.

Levels

Each level is tailored to teach the selected content (flags, capitals, maps) for a small group of countries. Familiarize yourself with the material before initiating a level. During learning sessions, the selected topic is highlighted while the rest remains grayed out to emphasize the focused knowledge area. Training sessions test newly acquired knowledge while occasionally revisiting past content to reinforce retention. Successful completion of a level requires answering all questions within the time constraint. Users have a finite number of attempts before failing a level; however, retries are unlimited.

Challenge Levels

At intervals, challenging levels assess existing knowledge rather than introduce new data to gauge readiness for advancement in learning.
